Rock´n´Roll Fachausdrücke, Punkrock Klischees und Dicke Hose Posing& & <br> Funhouse  Universe Jumboo Queen: Die Gründung der Band im April 2002 ereignete sich fast zwangsläufig; aus der Berufung heraus, es allen Ex-Freundinnen mit unserer Musik und dem neuerworbenen kollektiven rock´n roll-poliertem Sex-Symbol- Selbstbewusstsein zu zeigen! -Sorry, Babes- es war ein Fehler uns zu verlassen !!!-<br> So motiviert sind bis dato diverse Demoproduktionen im bandeigenen Studio  Frog Rock Music eingespielt und in Umlauf.<br> Das erste Demo  Cabron Shuffle (2002), einem eher 60´s Garage-Punk orientiertem Mix aus 5 Songs, erregte bald Aufmerksamkeit und brachte die ersten Local Supports für Bands wie Danko Jones, Peter Pan Speedrock und den Apers. Nach einem kurzen Exkurs bei dem Bielefelder Label  Street Beat Records mit der EP  The Dumb And Naked Skull (2003) wurde beschlossen, das Projekt doch wieder selbst in die Hand zu nehmen. Sänger und Gitarrist Sonny (Det) fegte als Derwisch wie Frank Zander auf Speed über die kleine Hansabühne, malträtierte seine Gitarre, als kämpfe er um sein Leben. Nur schien das Publikum dabei überfordert. Wahrscheinlich hätte auch ein leeres Hansa nichts an seiner Vortragsweise geändert :o). Irgendwie schien er nicht von dieser Welt zu sein... Die Band ist voll auf Sonny (Det) zugeschnitten. Mickey spielte ein sauberes, treibendes Schlagzeug, wobei die Snare am Anfang allerdings etwas matschig klang. Immis Basslines sorgten ebenfalls dafür, dass Sonnys (Dets) virtuoses Gitarrenspiel seine volle Intensität entfalten konnte. WOW!" ... Bereits vorher sammelten alle vier Bandmitglieder diverse Erfahrungen in anderen Bands. The millboard message sollte ihnen die Möglichkeit geben, diese sinnvoll zusammenzufügen. Entstanden ist eine Mischung aus Aggressionen und Emotionen , beeinflusst von Bands wie Coheed and Cambria , Beloved oder Thursday. Dabei behält die Band allerdings ihre eigene Identität und kreiert ein facettenreiches Soundgefüge das den Hörer besonders in Verbindung mit den intensiven und energiegeladenen Liveshows der Band in seinen Bann zieht. Geboten wird dem Hörer ein abwechselungsreiches Spektrum an Melodien gepaart mit intelligent eingesetzten Hardcoreparts. Dies setzt die Band auch auf ihrer im Winter 2003 aufgenommenen Demo  cd gekonnt um, welcher auch eine Reihe von selbstproduzierten Aufnahmen vorausgingen. The millboard message spielten im Laufe der Jahre eine Reihe von Konzerten wobei man sich auf lokaler Ebene einen Namen machte. Diesen Ruf gilt es nun über die lokalen Grenzen hinweg auszuweiten. Das Bottroper Quartett hofft dabei auf Auftritte in ausserruhrpottlichen Städten, um ihren Bekanntheitsgrad zu steigern. <b> </b> </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Verdana; font-weight:bold; font-size:100%; line-height:13pt" ><b> Imagine a mixture of sunshine and snow and the moment where the sunbeams touch the white meadow. Hier wird noch Wert auf Melodie gelegt, dreistimmige Mitsing-Refrains, rotzige Gitarren und straighte Beats rissen seit 2004 schon Rockfans auf mehr als 100 Konzerten mit. <b> Zu den Highlights zählen sicher auch die Support-Gigs von national gefeierten Rockbands wie "Revolverheld", "Rodgau Monotones", "Spider Murphy Gang" und den "Wohlstandskindern", genauso wie die Nominierung für den Mannheim Music Award und dem BRAVO-Bandcontest, bei dem die junge Band im Rahmen der zehn besten deutschen Newcomer-Bands in der BRAVO vorgestellt wurde. Gesponsert werden die Jungs von Vitamalz/Glaabsbräu.
